Also you can't restore to a running image so you have to have a bootable CD/USB drive to restore at all (some programs may be able to do it by running I know cause when I insert a NSFT flash drive, the system doesn't show the flash drive and bootsup normal to windows 8but when I insert a fat32 flash drive, boot I often backup my Documents to a flash drive- just direct copies if leaving the house empty for a few days.Joe
