Acronis Image At Boot: Mouse Disabled
When booted from a USB flash drive the mouse is still not lit or responsive after more than 10 minutes so I don't think it would ever be lit and responsive. The biggest downside here is that your WinPe stick will only boot that specific UEFI PC, it won't boot another Dells' PC if it uses UEFI. Is your PC a UEFI or BIOS based? Now with TM2015 the backup file is nearly equal the HDD size and so, consumes much more space. I tried Option 2 above but it did not help.
