If you turn of caching of PDF documents it solves the problem. Out of nothing, suddenly, when opening a PDF file, my mouse pointer changes and adds the blue circle (indicating on Win10 that some program is busy). I did the chrome fix, and then re-enabled search and super fetch, and had the issue again. Firefox is now using only around 15% - 23% !
