Hope you can help, so far this has been a longwinded exploraton of my computer. I have a blank IDE Drive that I installed and it wasn't recognized until I went into disk managememnt, put it online, and formatted. Don't force it. That's where the grey cables from the harddrives plug into the motherboard.
