So you NEED all your ports working. Had no trouble with them on old PC. When your stuff breaks, they want to be the only people allowed to fix it. Do u have any solution for this ? https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/kb/817900

My USB ports work for the mouse but not for the USB Audio Interface/Sound Card. My laptop (Lenovo yoga 14, Windows 10) has 3 USB ports.
