Acer CPU With VISTA! Dual-Monitor
I have a large 32" HP monitor and a second 17" Acer. Boom, problem solved. With this checked, I was then able to drag apps and use the second monitor's desktop as an extension of my desktop on my Primary Display. ok, so I changed the vga card to a new one ( the old one was ex700pro of asus,ati ) to a 9600GT asus, still the same problem.
